In 2004 American Marine accomplished several key milestones. American Marine secured a patent from the Federal
Republic of Germany Patent Office, Deutsches Patent - und Markenamt, for the SUPFLEX®. System on May 2, 2004.
German patent number, Nr. 203 17 006.7. This is a important step of recognition and protection of the underlying
