American Marine Company has build many successful implementations of the SUPFLEX® Rubber Bar Mooring & Piling System
throughout Asia. Below are some of the marinas that are using this system today. These moorings have withstood all the daily
operations typical in an active marina. Since 1999 these marinas have with stood the brunt of 65 typhoons (hurricanes). Typhoon
maximum wind speeds can reach 150 miles / hour or greater. In the Taiwan region, an average of 5 - 6 typhoons will reach the island
each year. One marina in the Taiwan island, maintains stability with a daily strong current of 4-6 knots with over 4000 tons of concrete
pontoons in place. Even during typhoons this marinas holds its own.
All these operation facts support the idea that the SUPFLEX® System components are well made, strong, durable and work.
